Thanks to Kodak and a nice piece of glass you can get some nice textures in your photographs. I think sometimes in our desire to capture the obvious in a scene we sometimes neglect the obscure, but equally beautiful bits. Some imagination, eye for color and good framing can result in some interesting, and beautiful magic. Some people may ask “what is it”, while others will take it for what it is and let their own minds decide. For me personally photographs with less subject and more texture require no explanation. Half the fun of these types of photographs is taking in the color and texture, engaging your imagination and letting the photograph be whatever you like. John Masters
