Spent the morning with some students and staff of Salty Sistahs Surfing LLC who were engaged in teaching young people how to surf. Located in Saint Augustine Beach on the east coast of Florida, Salty Sistahs specializes in lessons for women of all ages. This is a place where the young and old can learn to surf and acquire other life skills.
The ocean is a special place, especially if you grew up near one. Surfing is a way to connect to the ocean, mother nature and your environment. It also helps you cope with all the other crap in life.
