I have to say something about the little point and shoot (POS) cameras at this point. I cannot say how many times that a situation has presented itself and all I had was a point and shoot, normally loaded the wrong kind of film. Out of those times I have been sorry zero times, no matter which camera or film I had on hand. This is because I always go back to the saying I live by, “the best camera is the one you have with you”. I would also like to point out that because of their size, speed and simplicity, you will bring these cameras to a lot of places you normally would not bring a camera. You know how it goes, the moment you do not have a camera, you really need a camera. My message is simple, if you have a POS take it with you and if you don’t go get one. 🙂
